Gregory Koren is an Associate Attorney for Murray & McCarthy Law, where he practices Criminal Defense, Corporate Law and Tax Law.
Mr. Koren is barred in the State of Colorado and he received his Juris Doctor and certificates in Corporate, Commercial and Workplace law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to law school he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University and spent 4 years in the financial services industry. During law school he interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where he furthered public interests and policies.
Mr. Koren also worked at several law firms and accounting firms prior to joining Murray & McCarthy Law, where he worked as a federal court and state court litigation attorney, corporate attorney, and tax attorney. Most recently, Mr. Koren represented clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities to resolve tax disputes.
Mr. Koren is committed to strong client advocacy, drawing from his experience in the courtroom and his extensive understanding of criminal and civil law to provide a fair and dedicated defense for each of his clients.
In his time outside of the courtroom, Mr. Koren enjoys reading, hiking, and skiing.
